小 老鼠 搬家
Chūntiān dào le, tiānqì mànman zhuǎn nuǎn, bīngxuě yě kāishǐ rónghuà le.
春天 到 了，天气 慢慢 转 暖， 冰雪 也 开始 融化 了。
As spring comes, the weather turns warm and the ice and snow begin to melt.
Bèiwǎ láidào xiǎohé biān, kànjiàn yí dà qún láoshǔ zhèngzài máng zhe bān dōngxi.
贝瓦 来到 小河 边， 看见 一 大 群 老鼠 正在 忙 着 搬 东西。
Beva comes to a little river. He sees a crowd of mice busy moving things.
Bèiwǎ hěn hàoqí, biàn wèndào: “Nǐ hǎo, wǒ jiào Bèiwǎ. Qǐngwèn nǐmen zài zuò shénme ne?”
贝瓦 很 好奇，便 问道：“你 好，我 叫 贝瓦。请问 你们 在 做 什么 呢？”
Beva is very curious and asks: “Hello, my name is Beva. Could you tell me what are you doing?”
Lǎoshǔ huídá : “Chūntiān yào lái le,yúshuǐ huì mànguò xiǎohé.
老鼠 回答 ：“春天 要 来 了，雨水 会 漫过 小河。
A mouce answers: “Spring is coming and the rain will surge over this little river.
Hébiān bùnéng zhù le, wǒmen yào bāndào shānpō shàng qù.”
河边 不能 住 了， 我们 要 搬到 山坡 上 去。”
We cannot live by it. So we have to move to the mountain slope.”
Kěshì yǒu yìzhī lǎoshǔ què zài yìpáng yōuxián dì shài tàiyang.
可是 有 一只 老鼠 却 在 一旁 悠闲 地 晒 太阳。
However, there is a mouse leisurely basking on his side in the sunshine.
Bèiwǎ zǒu guòqù wèndào: “Nǐ hǎo, wǒ shì Bèiwǎ.
贝瓦 走 过去 问道：“ 你 好, 我 是 贝瓦。
Beva comes up to him and asks: “Hello, my name is Beva.
Qǐng wèn nǐ zěnme bù hé dàjiā yìqǐ bānjiā ne? ”
请 问 你 怎么 不 和 大家一起 搬家 呢？”
Why don’t you move things with the others together?”
Lǎoshǔ huídá dào: “Nǐ hǎo, wǒ jiào Zhīzhi.
老鼠 回答 道：“你 好， 我 叫 吱吱。
The mouse answers: “Hello, my name is Zhizhi.
Jīntiān tiānqì hěnhǎo, wǒ xiān shàishai tàiyang, míngtiān zài bān yě bùchí.”
今天 天气 很好， 我 先 晒晒 太阳， 明天 再 搬 也 不迟。”
It is a fine day today so I am going to bask in the sunshine first. It won’t be too late to move things tomorrow.”
Hěn duō tiān guòqù le, Zhīzhi měitiān dōu zài hébiān yōuxián de shài zhe tàiyang.
很 多 天 过去 了，吱吱 每天 都 在 河边 悠闲 地 晒 着 太阳。
Many days go by, and Zhizhi still basks in the sunshine near the river every day.
Tā zǒngshì shuō: “Wǒ xiān shàishai tàiyang, míngtiān zài bān yě bùchí.”
他 总是 说：“我 先 晒晒 太阳， 明天 再 搬 也 不迟。”
Each day he says: “I am basking first. It won’t be too late to move things tomorrow. ”
Zhōngyú yǒuyìtiān, xià le yìchǎng hǎodà de yǔ.
终于 有一天， 下 了 一场 好大 的 雨。
Suddenly, a heavy rain comes.
Héshuǐ yānmò le Zhīzhi de fángzi, tā cúnchǔ de liángshi yě méiyǒu le, Zhīzhi shāngxīn de kū le.
河水 淹没 了 吱吱 的 房子，他 存储 的 粮食 也 没有 了，吱吱 伤心 地 哭 了。
The river destroys Zhizhi’s house, and the food he had stored is also gone. He cries sadly.
Xiǎopéngyou, zhège gùshi gàosu wǒmen, jīntiān de shìqing yào jīntiān zuò.
小朋友， 这个 故事 告诉 我们， 今天 的 事情 要 今天 做。
Little friends, this story tells us that today’s tasks must be finished.
Míngtiān háiyǒu míngtiān de shì ne. Wǒmen dōu yào zuò gè qínláo de hǎoháizi.
明天 还有 明天 的 事 呢。 我们 都 要 做 个 勤劳 的 好孩子。
There are other tasks tomorrow. We kids should be industrious.
