The character “机 (jī)” means opportunity and “会 (huì)” literally means

can. Example:

Rúguǒ yǒu jīhuì,  wǒ xiǎng qù Xīzàng lǚyóu. 如果    有    机会，我 想    去 西藏    旅游。
